Practical On The Water Training

If you already have some sailing experience but really want to work on your skippering skills, this is the place to start.

Using the Skipper Certification Rubrics, the Basic Skippering Endorsement course will build on your foundational sailing skills - either from your own experience, or what you learned in our Introduction To Sailing course. Our American National Standards qualified instructors will spend 3 days with you on the water giving you a fun introduction to sailing, skippering and managing a 30’ to 45’ sailboat, covering the practical skills below. This course will prepare you for the Skipper Large Keelboat Certification course.

Course Fees:

  • $899.00 - per person; in a small group setting; 3 days of on the water training, 6 hour sessions, 18 hours total

  • $809.00 - per person for 2 or more who register together with one payment.
